If you have an upcoming appointment at our Masonic Home Care Clinic location, please use these directions to easily locate the office. 

  1. ENTER the campus from Frankfort Ave
  2. After passing the gatehouse, turn right onto Masonic Home Dr
  3. At the first stop sign, turn right
  4. Follow this road for 0.3 miles until you reach the care clinic with a small parking lot to the left. Look for Heuser signage.
